1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Divine Kulture. By accessing our website at [www.divinekulture.com], booking any service, purchasing any product, enrolling in a membership or package, registering for a class, or otherwise engaging with Divine Kulture in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

These Terms apply to all clients, customers, website visitors, and any other person who interacts with Divine Kulture, whether in person, online, or through a third-party platform.

2. About Divine Kulture

Divine Kulture is a Texas-based beauty salon and lifestyle brand offering a range of professional beauty services, retail hair products, educational resources, and third-party product referrals. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

Salon Services: Hair extensions, silk press, keratin treatments, crochet braids, and other professional styling services

Memberships & Packages: Recurring and bundled service plans

Makeup Classes: In-person and/or virtual makeup education sessions taught by a licensed MUA, including our custom blend foundation

Digital Products: eBooks and downloadable educational content

Referral Programs: Client referral incentives

Hair Extension Collection: Bundles, closures, wigs, human hair crochet, and other extensions sold directly by Divine Kulture

Third-Party Retail: Professional hair products and makeup products sold through affiliated websites where Divine Kulture acts as a third-party seller

3. Salon Services

3.1 Appointments

All salon services require a scheduled appointment. Divine Kulture reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its sole discretion. Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment.

3.2 Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, scalp conditions, sensitivities, or health concerns prior to receiving services. Divine Kulture is not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions. Chemical services including keratin treatments carry inherent risks, and clients acknowledge this by proceeding with service.

3.3 Results Disclaimer

While Divine Kulture strives to achieve the desired results discussed during consultation, individual outcomes may vary based on hair type, condition, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results.

4. Memberships & Packages

Divine Kulture offers membership and package options that provide clients with bundled or recurring access to services at a discounted rate.

All membership and package fees are collected at the time of purchase or enrollment.

All sales are final. Memberships and packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Clients may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Divine Kulture. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused services or partial billing periods if cancellation notice was not provided before the billing date.

Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with another individual.

Divine Kulture reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms upon reasonable notice to enrolled members.

5. Makeup Classes

Divine Kulture periodically hosts makeup education classes instructed by a licensed Makeup Artist (MUA). By registering for a class, you agree to the following:

Class fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.

If a class is cancelled by Divine Kulture, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.

Our custom blend foundation and other products may be available for purchase during class sessions. All product sales are final.

Divine Kulture does not guarantee that participants will achieve professional-level results after completing a class. Results depend on individual skill and practice.

6. Digital Products & eBooks

All digital products, including eBooks, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once purchased. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

Divine Kulture retains full intellectual property rights to all digital content.

7. Referral Program

Divine Kulture may offer a referral program that rewards clients for referring new customers. Referral program terms are subject to change at any time without notice. Referral credits or rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or applied to prior purchases. Divine Kulture reserves the right to disqualify referrals that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

8. Hair Extension Collection

Divine Kulture sells hair extensions, bundles, closures, wigs, human hair crochet, and related products directly to customers.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products due to hygiene reasons, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Colors and textures may vary slightly from product images due to lighting, screen display, and natural variation in hair products. These variations do not constitute defects.

Divine Kulture is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, use of incompatible products, or failure to follow care instructions.

9. Third-Party Websites & Products

Divine Kulture operates as a third-party seller on affiliated websites that offer professional hair care products and makeup products. Please note the following:

Divine Kulture does not own or operate these third-party platforms and is not responsible for their terms, policies, or website functionality.

Purchases made through third-party websites are subject to those platforms' terms of service, refund policies, and shipping policies.

Divine Kulture does not control the branding, pricing, or availability of third-party products and makes no warranties regarding them.

Any issues related to third-party platform orders should first be directed to that platform's customer support. Divine Kulture will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

10. Payment & All Sales Final Policy

All purchases made with Divine Kulture — including but not limited to services, memberships, packages, products, classes, and digital downloads — are final. Divine Kulture does not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made solely at Divine Kulture's discretion in cases of confirmed defective or damaged physical products as described in Section 8.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of checkout or booking. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this all-sales-final policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Divine Kulture's website and platforms — including logos, brand name, text, images, product descriptions, eBooks, course materials, and custom formulations — is the exclusive property of Divine Kulture or its licensed creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
